Nursing Home operator is seeking a Senior Accountant with SNF accounting expertise to join our team!

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data of the skilled nursing facilities. Your role will include balance sheet management, P&L oversight, financial reporting, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. You’ll collaborate with leadership to optimize financial processes and support strategic decision-making.

Proven experience in nursing home accounting is required, along with strong proficiency in balance sheets, P&L structures, and financial reporting. Candidates must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, the ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential. Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
