Looking for someone proficient in Excel and Microsoft with great customer service skills and at least 1 year of prior office experience in any field. Job includes maintaining accurate books, reconciling, generating and reviewing reports, creating and sending estimates, generating invoices, and processing client payments. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-4 pm, 10 am-5 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
