SmallBiz Outsource soon rebranding to CedarRock Advisory Group is a premier provider of a wide range of bookkeeping and financial business services. We are currently looking to expand our team of motivated senior and junior account managers to assist in providing bookkeeping services for our clients.
Typical responsibilities include managing/assisting with the following:
· Bank, credit card and other balance sheet account reconciliation
· Managing AP and AR
· Amazon/Shopify and inventory
· Monthly financials closing
· Preparation of financial statements for audit, review and compilation engagements
· Budgeting, projections, and financial analysis
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years relevant accounting/bookkeeping work experience
• An understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Netsuite a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
• 36 hours per week
