We are looking for an Intake Director to join a large and growing HomeCare company in Monsey, NY!
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $110K-$130K annually
Location: Monsey, NY
Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
-Review lost case reports
-Handle difficult referral cases
-Review in system patients on a regular basis
-Ensure team follows all departmental policies and procedures
-Act as liason for communication with upper management
-Address and resolve any issues within department
-Employee performance reviews
-Other intake and managerial responsibilities
Requirements:
-Experience with patient intake
-Experience in Management (preferably HomeCare or healthcare)
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must have leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team of employees
