A company near Monsey, NY is hiring a director of operations. This is a very hands-on position. Looking for someone with prior operations management experience for a business. Candidate must be familiar with KPI and project management software. Looking for someone energetic, data driven, strategic, and detail oriented. Job involves streamlining processes and workflows by getting into the details on the ground, working out what the issue is, and figuring out how to solve it with the budget in mind. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
