A Lakewood, NJ commercial insurance company is hiring a chief of staff. Candidate must have prior experience as an executive assistant. Looking for someone professional, organized, and strategic with excellent communication skills. Job involves managing day-to-day tasks with a proactive approach to ensure the CEO is fully prepared and informed. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm (must be on call until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
