Are you detail-oriented, a great communicator, and ready to join a dynamic team? Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist to join us at our corporate office in Woodmere, NY!

About the Role:

As an Intake Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting families seeking ABA therapy services. You’ll work directly with insurance companies, verify benefits, submit authorizations, and help ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and insurance providers
• Verify insurance benefits and submit authorizations
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on documentation
• Work closely with our clinical and administrative team

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Eagerness to learn – no prior experience required!
