A growing medical billing company is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee and optimize all billing operations. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and has a proven track record of leading high-performing billing teams within the medical billing field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of revenue cycle operations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor billing team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve billing efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in medical billing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health billing and payer requirements (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead successful billing teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
