Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Lead and manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Collaborate with department heads to address operational and HR needs
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Manage and coordinate staff training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top talent
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager and in HR roles
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition
- Familiarity with healthcare industry operations is a plus
