Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Lead and manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with department heads to address operational and HR needs
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
  • Manage and coordinate staff training programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top talent
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager and in HR roles
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry operations is a plus
