Lead a team in care management and service coordination at Anchor Health!

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 + commission

9-5, in-person, Williamsburg based

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of service coordinators and retention specialists.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Train and mentor new team members.
