A Healthcare staffing agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nurses to lead their team of healthcare professionals. The Clinical Director/Supervisor will oversee a team of virtual RNs (registered nurses) responsible for assisting SNFs (nursing homes) with charting compliance including creating & updating care plans, reviewing clinical alerts, as well as conducting bedside assessments via telehealth. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to train, support, and develop nursing staff. The Clinical Director/Supervisor will also be responsible for developing reporting and tracking mechanisms to monitor the nurses work.
