Join a dynamic and fast-paced plumbing business as an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our operations and ensure seamless workflow in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lunch Tracking: Monitor daily lunch clock-ins, prepare reports for missed clock-ins, and review corresponding photos from the previous day.
- Regulatory Compliance: Complete and submit required documentation for compliance with LL152, meter permits, and other government regulations.
- Timecard Management: Process and manage timecards for specific employees.
- Service Reporting: Maintain and update service history reports using spreadsheets and TSheets, including time punches, to track job details and ensure accurate billing.
- Calendar Management: Add new job addresses and tasks to the crew calendar in Asana.
- File Management: Upload and organize job-related photos/videos in Company Cam.
- Database Updates: Regularly update and clean the company’s contact and customer lists.
- Ad Hoc Support: Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and scheduling tools (Asana, TSheets, Company Cam).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills
