A 5 Towns, NY non-profit organization is hiring an assistant to the contracts manager. Job includes going through government contracts, keeping track of expenses, and submitting invoices to government agencies to get reimbursed. Job includes phone calls and reviewing the contracts meticulously. Candidate must have an accounting background (no CPA is required) and be proficient in Excel and be good with numbers. Looking for someone very detail oriented. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-2 pm, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
