We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 with experience in the Financial Services industry to provide essential support to the team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with special projects to enhance operational efficiency.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, and client correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Maintain client records and assist with service requests and follow-ups.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Proven track record in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within financial services.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Life, Accident, and Health License is a plus.
Based in 5T/hybrid
