Case Management Director

👉🏻 Oversee a team of 15+ case managers, ensuring effective case management and smooth daily operations

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

Location: Crown Heights

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri

Day to Day Responsibilities:

🫶🏼 Support case managers and team leads by providing guidance on patient issues and performance improvement

📊 Develop innovative strategies to improve patient and employee retention while fostering a positive and supportive work environment

🗣️ Serve as a point of contact for state representatives, ensuring compliance with paperwork and documentation deadlines
