The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating multiple aspects of their construction and development projects—from pre-construction through completion. Responsibilities include managing bid leveling sheets, coordinating construction plans, developing scopes of work, handling AIA contract documents, and maintaining project schedules.
