Job includes assisting the construction manager, preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with insurance, coordinating with the contractor and subs, processing invoices, and acting as the middleman for the construction project. Candidate must have experience in commercial construction or commercial development projects. Candidate needs at least 1 year of office experience. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
