A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a project manager. Job involves managing projects in development from contract to construction, and coordinating with third party engineers. Candidate will be communicating with bankers, lawyers and engineers. Looking for someone intelligent, analytical, and capable of communicating efficiently. This is not a job for a school secretary. Looking for someone entry level or someone with max 2 years of office experience. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
