Overview
A growing healthcare organization is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead provider recruitment and program development across multiple service lines, including ABA, HCBS, and other community-based services. This role will focus on building a strong network of providers who can effectively serve Yiddish-speaking client populations across several established communities. The Program Manager will play a central role in expanding services, recruiting providers, and helping build a strong pipeline of clients and professionals. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who combines operational ability with the drive to grow programs and build teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified providers across multiple programs (ABA, HCBS, and related services)
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of providers able to serve Yiddish-speaking clients
- Build relationships in key service areas including Brooklyn, Rockland County, and surrounding communities
- Support program growth by helping expand the client base
- Manage and oversee providers once onboarded
- Build systems and processes for provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Monitor operational performance and program efficiency
- Provide leadership including hiring, training, and when necessary making staffing decisions
Qualifications- Experience recruiting providers or staff in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Operational mindset with ability to build systems and processes
- Familiarity with communities where Yiddish-speaking services are needed is a plus
- Business development or outreach experience is highly valuable
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to program growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
