A Lakewood, NJ design company is hiring a project manager with sales experience. Job involves business development and hands-on project management. Job includes generating and managing new leads, building client relationships, preparing proposals and estimates, closing deals, customer service, project planning and execution. Looking for someone young, energetic, highly motivated, with at least 1 year of prior sales experience. Looking for someone with an eye for design. Plus if the candidate has prior project management experience in construction or architecture. Lots of room for growth in this position. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
