A Lakewood, NJ design company is hiring a project manager with sales experience. Job involves business development and hands-on project management. Job includes generating and managing new leads, building client relationships, preparing proposals and estimates, closing deals, customer service, project planning and execution. Looking for someone energetic and highly motivated. Candidate must have at least 6 months to 1 year of prior sales experience. Ideal if the candidate also has project management experience, ideally in construction or architecture. This position is not for someone with prior marketing experience. Lots of room for growth in this position. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
