Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Restricted Products Manager to oversee and manage issues related to restricted products, including trademark and copyright compliance. This role involves conducting research, responding to complaints, and ensuring adherence to legal standards regarding the use of intellectual property. Key Responsibilities:

1. Trademark and Copyright Compliance:

o Monitor and review company practices to ensure compliance with trademark and copyright laws.

o Investigate and resolve issues related to the use of restricted products.

2. Research and Analysis:

o Conduct thorough research on trademark and copyright disputes, including examining documents, industry practices, and relevant laws.

o Analyze potential risks and recommend actions to mitigate any legal or compliance issues.

3. Complaint Management:

o Handle and respond to complaints regarding trademark and copyright use, including those from external parties and internal stakeholders.

o Collaborate with legal counsel to address and resolve complaints effectively.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and compliance activities.

o Prepare and present regular reports on compliance status and emerging issues to senior management.

5. Continuous Improvement:

o Stay updated on changes in intellectual property law and industry trends.

o Recommend and implement improvements to processes and procedures to enhance compliance and efficiency.
