Key Responsibilities:
1. Trademark and Copyright Compliance:
o Monitor and review company practices to ensure compliance with trademark and copyright laws.
o Investigate and resolve issues related to the use of restricted products.
2. Research and Analysis:
o Conduct thorough research on trademark and copyright disputes, including examining documents, industry practices, and relevant laws.
o Analyze potential risks and recommend actions to mitigate any legal or compliance issues.
3. Complaint Management:
o Handle and respond to complaints regarding trademark and copyright use, including those from external parties and internal stakeholders.
o Collaborate with legal counsel to address and resolve complaints effectively.
