RBI Private Lending is a fast-growing leader in the mortgage industry, committed to delivering personalized, top-tier lending solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy and drive sales performance.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience, ideally within the mortgage or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and email marketing, proven success in developing and launching sales campaigns, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to mortgage lending products and services.
•Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.
•Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
•Collaborate with sales teams to build and execute effective sales campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
•Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
•Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including managing team members and external vendors.
•Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and compliance standards specific to the mortgage industry.
Requirements:
•5–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
•Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry required.
•Strong expertise in digital marketing and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
•Proven success in planning and executing sales campaigns.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
•In-office presence required; remote work not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Encompass).
