Just Some People is a creative agency working across industries including education, real estate, healthcare, lifestyle, and tech. We’re looking for a Marketing Director to take the lead on campaign strategy and execution across paid ads, email marketing, social media, and more.

This is an in-person role based in Cedarhurst, NY — ideal for someone with hands-on experience, strategic thinking, and a drive to make an impact in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google)
• Develop and execute social media strategies (organic + paid)
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows
• Guide and optimize overall marketing performance across platforms
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to align messaging and visuals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in paid ads, social, and email marketing
• SEO understanding is a big plus
• Clear communicator with a sharp marketing brain
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and driven by results
