Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing efforts for our jewelry, precious metals, and coins store. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing who can drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Store Marketing: Develop and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and customer engagement strategies to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
  • Online Marketing: Manage and optimize website content, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), grow followers, and monitor analytics to refine strategy.
  • Trade Shows & Job Fairs: Coordinate all aspects of participation in trade shows, community events, and job fairs, including booth design, promotional materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Brand Development: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail or luxury goods
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with Jewish and frum community values is a plus
