Accounts Receivable Manager

We are a premier healthcare-focused investment firm managing high-performing facilities throughout the US and is based in New York City. Our focus is on skilled nursing, rehab, subacute and transitional care facilities, while extending into other areas of healthcare as well. We seek to work with groups who are an established part of their community, who prioritize clinical excellence, and whose teams show true commitment to resident care and health.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an excellent candidate to join the team as our Accounts Receivable Manager. 

The role will contain various duties, including:

-Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable for services provided.

-Process and review billing documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

-Generate and distribute invoices to third-party payer.

-Follow up on outstanding accounts and initiate collections efforts as necessary.

-Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries from our third parties and investors.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.


-Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, not required.

-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

-Willingness to proactively take ownership of tasks and projects.
