Reports to: Controller/CEO


Highly regarded company in Monsey is looking for a part-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper.

The job is in office and is 30 hours per week.

Candidates must be bright and able to multitask.

Salary is:  $70K - $80K




As the Office Manager, you will fill a blended role that combines administrative, financial/accounting

and office management tasks for our business. This multifaceted position plays a crucial role in ensuring

the efficient operation of our office and the management of financial and administrative tasks. You will

participate in the full suite of accounting activities as it relates to our leasing business by liaising with

sales, the project team, operations, our customers. You will report to our Controller and will be

versatile, dynamic, and excited to learn and support the growth of our growing company.


  •  Provide day-to-day support to the Controller by executing data entry into various financial systems, processing invoices, reconciling AP/AR, payment processing, and reconciling bank statements


  •  Collect and distribute the mail and order supplies maintaining inventory for the office


  •  Assist with travel arrangements and booking travel and accommodations for staff


  •  Serves as the receptionist greeting and assisting visitors, clients, vendors and employees in a courteous manner


  •  Complete general administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing


  •  Oversee the day-to-day operation of the office ensuring a safe and clean environment


  •  Plan and coordinate meetings and CEO schedule as needed

  •  Participates in administrative activities as assigned by the CEO





  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
  •  3+ years of experience in and office management, administrative assistant or finance/accounting role
  •  Strong computer skills required
  •  Affinity with numbers, math and finance/accounting
  •  Strong customer service focus and the ability the build strong relationships on the team and outside the team with vendors, consultants and customers
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  Ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple tasks



This position primarily works in an office or in a home office. The position is largely sedentary with the

majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office

equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer. This position will need to

be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs.
