Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate new graduate of mental health counseling program to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, trauma, and is comfortable and experienced working with kids. We particularly encourage applicants who have lived experience, as well as ADHD, as we believe this can bring valuable insight and empathy to our client base. We are looking for an energetic applicant who is self-motivated and comfortable working with people of all backgrounds. Licensing supervision is provided, as well as extensive oversight and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
