We are a small, but driven and motivated family oriented team with great collaboration vibes where we all work together towards the same goals. • Work with JGO's Development team and senior management to develop program understanding, drafting funding proposals, and developing prospect engagement strategies.
  • Play a lead role in solicitations around JGO’s annual day of giving campaign
  • Maintain all donor engagement information and cultivation plans through JGO's donor database.
  • Occasional travel within the United States will be required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Be a self-starter, extremely motivated, and goal-driven to initiate donor visits and fundraising calls.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
