Flooring supplies company in the Monsey area is looking for a Store Manager.

Salary Range $50k-$65k

Responsibilities:

• Provides accurate information to customers regarding product knowledge, technical and pricing.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Supply store.
• Design and implement forward-thinking methods for increasing sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Experience with builders a plus but not required.
• Manage the showroom.
• Learn and stay on top of the industry products.
• Plan and manage exciting supply store promotions and events.
• Make sure all product is displayed and priced accurately.

Experience

• High school degree
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
