$75,000 - $100,000 per year


DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:


We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to work under the direction of a controller and assist with the preparation of financial statements, cash management, and bank reconciliations. Duties may also include managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial audits. You must be able to work independently and with great attention to detail.


Duties and requirements:


·     Daily cash balance reporting and monthly bank reconciliations.

·     Cash transfers and funding accounts.

·     Maintain budgets and foresee cash flow.

·     Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting.

·     Organizational Skills.

·     Strong computer skills and knowledge of accounting software programs.

·     Demonstrable experience of Excel proficiency, including the use of VLOOKUP and SUMIF formulas and pivot tables.

·     Experience in accounting, finance, or in a related field.

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·     Highly organized and detail-oriented.

·     Excellent math and accounting skills.
