Job Description

Queens Yeshiva is now hiring Judaic, General and Special Education teachers for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. 

School Requirements: BA and a master's in education a plus, NYS Teaching Certificate or working towards, must have student teaching. If applying for the Special Education position, the teacher must hold a master's in special education and be certified with students with disabilities. 

Qualifications: Looking for highly motivated, hardworking candidates who are passionate about teaching and possess a strong work ethic. All candidates should be self-directed, collaborative team players who demonstrate knowledge of differentiated instruction, along with alignment to the NYS Next Generation Learning Standards. A strong classroom management plan is mandatory.

Full time hours:

8:15am-4:30pm-M-TH and 8:15am-1:30pm-Friday

Part time hours:

11:45am-5:30pm M-TH and 10:15am-1:30pm Friday
