In this high-volume recruitment opportunity, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring sales representatives for our ongoing recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels to identify and attract talented candidates
• Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resume
• Make initial interview calls to candidates
• Arrange interviews for hiring managers
• Track and report on the recruiting process
• Occasional travel to other offices as needed
• Other duties as assigned
