You Make a Difference

We're searching for a passionate and energetic part-time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with behavioral health disorders by implementing treatment plans and assisting our BCBA/LBAs. You'll collaborate closely with families to help them develop skills to best support their child's needs.

What You'll Do

• Implement therapeutic interventions as directed by our BCBA/LBAs
• Document client progress meticulously
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team
• Assist parents in developing strategies to support their child's success
• Maintain a positive and engaging environment for our clients

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma
• Has prior experience working with children with behavioral health disorders or Autism
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a collaborative environment using technology and working with therapists
• Demonstrates strong organizational and documentation skills

The Clients You'll Support

• A young, energetic boy with a rare chromosomal defect who is on the autism spectrum and may require safety precautions.
• A teenage girl who needs after-school help with homework and managing distractions.
