A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a project coordinator. Job includes ordering materials, being in touch with contractors and clients, entering and reporting data into Quickbooks, and other admin tasks. Looking for someone capable of multi-tasking who can initiative and execute the workflow. Candidate must have at least 1 year of prior office experience in any field and must be very familiar with Quickbooks. Prior experience in a construction office is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 10 am-3 pm or 10 am-4 pm, and Fri 9 am-1/2 pm
