Job Description

We are a St. Louis-based Yeshiva Management Company that provides comprehensive services to support the day-to-day functions of yeshivas, day schools and kollelim across the country. With close to 30 organizations, we are expanding our team with the addition of a Regional Payroll Manager.


The Regional, under the guidance of the department head and in close working relationship with other staff/departments, will be responsible for managing and maintaining payroll, benefits and various other HR components for a region of schools and their employees.



Qualifications

  • Must have 2-3 years of prior payroll experience and willing to learn and train on all the ins and outs of non-profit payroll, benefits, compliance and workflows.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work with staff and schools with proper care and sensitivity.
  • Conscientious and organized, capable of multi tasking at a high level, while remaining efficient and organized.
  • A good grasp and ability to navigate technology and programs. Position will require working with multiple payroll programs and workflows. databases and various communication and project management tools. We will provide training.
  • Most importantly… Be passionate about helping Yeshivos and the staff we work with.


Hours: 25-30 hours per week, during American business hours.

Salary: $30-$35/hour, depending on hours and experience.

Location: Remote, work from home
