Director of Billing (RCM)

We are leading provider of ABA therapy services for children on the Autism Spectrum. We are looking to hire a Director of Billing in our corporate office located in Lakewood, New Jersey.

The right candidate will understand the importance of RCM Process.

The Director of Billing Duties & Responsibilities

·        Ensure claims are billed efficiently

·        The ability to create and implement efficient processes across the billing department

·        Ensuring collections and monitoring accounts to identify outstanding receivables

·        Understanding of Electronic Medical Records Systems (EMR)

·        Understand the importance of revenue cycle

·        Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

·        Knowledge and experience in provider relations a plus!

Salary to commensurate with experience.
