A Well established ABA company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: New York

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Department: Operations and Business Development

Position Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day operations and business development initiatives for our ABA therapy clinics and in-home services. This role is focused on driving operational excellence, scaling the business, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. The COO will work closely with the CEO to implement strategies that support growth, financial health, and operational efficiency while maintaining the company’s mission to provide high-quality, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities


•. Operational Leadership


 • Oversee the management of multiple clinic locations and in-home therapy operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.

 • Develop and refine operational workflows, systems, and procedures to support scalable growth.

 • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance, client retention, and staff productivity.


Business Development


 • Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities, including new clinic locations, expanded service areas, and partnership opportunities.

 • Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

 • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and client acquisition efforts.

 • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as schools, pediatricians, and healthcare organizatio Growth Strategies for ABA Clinics and In-Home Services

 • Scaling In-Home Services to other states

 • Marketing and Outreach:

 • Build strong relationship with marketing team to help develop strategies


Showcasing Experience:

 • Growing the number of clinics or in-home clients.

 • Implementing efficient workflows or technology platforms that improved productivity.

 • Meeting or exceeding compliance standards during audits or reviews.

 • Developing high-performing teams or achieving staff retention goals.

 • Driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships or new services
