We are seeking a talented individual to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintain computer systems, and administer network environments. Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to remote clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Document all troubleshooting steps taken to resolve issues, ensuring clear and comprehensive records.

Maintain and optimize computer systems and network environments to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

Maintain Windows Desktop OS and Windows Server OS

Oversee windows Patching and RMM alerts via RMM system

Perform firewall administration tasks, including configuration and management of SonicWall and Meraki.

Implement security measures to protect systems and data from potential threats.

Administer email systems, ensuring seamless communication channels for clients including Office 365 administration.

Create and maintain clear and organized IT documentation for reference and training purposes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in providing remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Experience in email administration, including configuration and maintenance of Office 365 environments.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
