Growing Path ABA is a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services in New Jersey and Maryland. Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential. We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate BCBA to join us in Maryland.

Position Overview

In this role, you will use evidence-based ABA principles to assess, design, and implement behavior intervention plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other support staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure client progress.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
