About Us:

We are a real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Shopping Centers, and Luxury Single-Family Flips across the United States. We are looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Professional to join our team. This role offers a base salary + commission, ideal for a proven dealmaker with a successful track record in sourcing and closing real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and originate multifamily, mixed-use, shopping center, and luxury single-family flip acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze and underwrite real estate transactions to ensure strong financial and strategic fit.
• Manage due diligence processes, including property inspections, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and industry professionals.
• Create and present offering memorandums and investment proposals to the executive team.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and facilitate the closing process.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate acquisitions with a history of successful closings.
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions (multifamily, mixed-use, shopping centers, or luxury single-family flips preferred).
• Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills.
• Established network of brokers, property owners, and industry contacts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-structuring abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to source, analyze, and close deals independently.
• Proficiency in real estate financial modeling tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 + Commission (performance-based earnings).
• 1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 (to be discussed based on experience and arrangement).
• Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
