Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication.
• Perform construction takeoffs and support budgeting efforts.
• Review and interpret construction drawings for accuracy.
• Maintain quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction.
• Education: Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and construction management software.
• Skilled in blueprint reading and construction takeoffs.
• Abilities:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
