Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ functional abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students’ daily living skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ educational goals.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress toward identified objectives.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and parents on techniques to support students’ occupational therapy needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license for occupational therapy practice.
• Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to develop creative and adaptive solutions to support student engagement and participation.
