Your duties will include coordinating and reviewing candidates in the onboarding process, managing employee records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and review candidates during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HR databases.
- Support payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with HR-related audits.
- Support HR-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
