Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand our service offerings.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, partnerships, and referral sources to enhance service reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals and service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development progress and outcomes to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or educational sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Passion for working with children and a deep understanding of ABA therapy and related services is a plus.
