We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to billing, accounts payable (AP), and account management. You will also assist with user account setup and act as a liaison between customers and vendors to resolve service-related issues.
✔️ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems regarding billing, AP, and service-related questions.
✔️ Assist customers in setting up and managing accounts with their service providers.
✔️ Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of Internet, Phone, and TV services.
✔️ Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
✔️ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, billing issues, and resolutions.
✔️ Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for service-related issues.
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service operations.
✔️ Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.
🔹 1+ years of customer service experience (preferably in telecom, IT, or a related field).
🔹 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and requests efficiently.
🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
🔹 Experience with billing systems, AP inquiries, and account management is a plus.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM/ticketing systems.
🔹 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
