Are you detail-oriented, a great communicator, and ready to join a dynamic team? Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist to join us at our corporate office in Woodmere, NY!

About the Role:

As an Intake Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting families seeking ABA therapy services. You’ll work directly with new clients, doctor's offices, and our administrative team, to help ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients and health care providers to facilitate successful client onboarding
• Work in collaboration with our authorizations team
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on documentation
• Work closely with our clinical and administrative team

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Eagerness to learn – no prior experience required - We provide full training!
