Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Coordinator to represent Koosh Insurance at a prestigious and well-known jewelry store located in Hollywood, FL. This role involves direct, in-person marketing and client engagement, helping jewelry customers understand the benefits of insuring their valuable purchases and connecting them with our insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site representative of Koosh Insurance at the jewelry store.
Engage with customers purchasing or considering valuable items to explain jewelry insurance options.
Capture customer information and schedule follow-up calls or appointments with Koosh Insurance agents.
Maintain a professional and friendly presence in the store, promoting trust and brand awareness.
Track leads and customer inquiries, reporting weekly to Koosh Insurance management.
Coordinate with Koosh Insurance’s sales and underwriting team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Occasionally assist with marketing initiatives or store events related to Koosh Insurance promotions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward client engagement.
Familiarity with the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus.
Bilingual abilities are a bonus (please specify languages).
Work Schedule
Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No Saturdays
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage plus performance bonuses based on lead generation and sales targets.
