Your Role:

As our Creative Director, you will:

• Lead and direct our graphic design team, ensuring each project is visually compelling and strategically designed for conversion
• Provide clear creative direction to designers and project managers for standout Amazon main images, infographics, and lifestyle images
• Analyze each product’s unique selling points and competition to develop strong visual strategies
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure designers receive clear instructions, product images, and guidelines
• Oversee the execution of high-quality graphics that showcase product benefits and features
• Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all designs

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in creative direction, branding, or graphic design
• Experience in Amazon or ecommerce is a plus, but not required
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, conversion-focused design, and consumer psychology
• Excellent communication skills for working with designers and project managers
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
