AIM Property Advisors | Midtown Manhattan / Great Neck (Remote-Friendly Opportunity)

AIM Property Advisors is currently seeking 1–2 Sales Associates to join our expanding investment sales team.

We are a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Midtown Manhattan, focused on off-market investment sales across industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, Development, and retail properties. Our clients include institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, with transactions typically ranging from $5M to $100M+.


This is a compelling opportunity for individuals who are motivated, professional, and serious about building a long-term career in commercial real estate. Team members gain direct exposure to high-level transactions and learn the ins and outs of complex, off-market deals involving some of the most active investment players in the market.


What You’ll Be Involved In:

• Sourcing and tracking off-market investment opportunities

• Communicating with property owners and buyers

• Managing lead pipelines and client follow-up

• Assisting in underwriting and valuation discussions

• Supporting deal negotiations and due diligence

• Collaborating with the team to close high-quality transactions
